Zach Leighton is the founder of Olive Data Solutions, a company dedicated to helping small businesses harness the power of their data.

He comes from working with complex data in high-stakes environments; most notably, developing dashboards and presenting data analysis to senior NASA engineering teams. In that world, clarity matters - data isn't interesting unless it leads to better decisions.

Olive Data Solutions was created after Zach began to see a recurring problem in other businesses: companies had plenty of data but very little help making sense of it. He realized he could bring the same disciplined, decision-focused approach he used in aerospace to organizations that needed clarity not complexity.

 

Today, Zach works as an extension of his clients teams, bridging the gap between data and decisions. Passionate about making complex information actionable, Zach is excited to empower small businesses with insights that leadership teams can use to make impactful decisions.

He is happily married to his wife Windy and is the proud father of a young son. Together, they live in the coastal region of Houston, where family, innovation, and community shape both his personal life and professional approach. ​​
