Renewal Report

This tier 1 dashboard provides insight into one year of renewal data for a subscription based company. Our client is able to clearly see not only the retention rate, but where clients typically fall off. As a Texas based company, they can also review out of state renewal rates and reasons to determine if they want to pursue business more aggressively in other states or where their product may be accepted well. This report gives the client a high level snap shot of one years worth of data to aid in decisions about retaining business in the future.
